- Use of Website
You may use our Website only for lawful purposes.
You must not attempt to:
- bypass security systems
- interfere with website functionality
- misuse licence keys or digital content
- access systems without proper authorisation
- Ordering & Payment
When placing an order, you agree that:
- all provided information is accurate
- you are authorised to use the chosen payment method
- the transaction may undergo 3-D Secure or additional verification
- once delivered, the digital product cannot be cancelled or refunded
KZ MARKETING LIMITED reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order with suspicious activity.
- Delivery of Digital Products
Delivery is electronic only and occurs by email or via your online account.
Delivery is complete once:
- the email is sent from our systems
- the download/licence screen appears
- activation occurs via the software vendor
You agree that digital delivery fulfils the Company’s obligation to supply.
- Licence Key Usage
You must comply with the software vendor’s licence terms.
You must not:
- resell licence keys
- distribute activation codes publicly
- activate software for third parties outside your organisation
- attempt fraudulent activation or duplication of licences
Violation of vendor terms may result in licence suspension without compensation.
- No Refund Policy
All digital licences are non-refundable once delivered, in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
This applies regardless of:
- activation status
- accidental purchase
- incompatibility with your hardware/software
- internal misuse by your employees
- change in business needs
- alleged “non-receipt” when delivery logs confirm otherwise
- Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention
If a Customer disputes a legitimate transaction, KZ MARKETING LIMITED may submit evidence including:
- delivery logs
- activation logs from the vendor
- email communication history
- account access records
- 3-D Secure authentication data
False fraud reports or chargeback abuse may result in:
- denial of service
- legal recovery of costs
- reporting to relevant authorities
- pre-arbitration or arbitration escalation under card schemes
- Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for:
- software bugs of third-party vendors
- system incompatibility
- data loss
- business interruption
- indirect or consequential losses
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
- Privacy
We process Customer data according to EU GDPR and Worldn data protection legislation.
Data is used only for order fulfilment, fraud prevention, and support purposes.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of World and applicable EU regulations.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by Worldn courts.
